EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) TO SEEK A POTENTIAL OPERATOR TO RENT CONTAINER SPACE @ SAF YACHT CLUB, 43, ADMIRALTY ROAD WEST, S(759962).

Date of Opening: 29 January 2024

Site Visit: Interested vendors are welcome to visit the proposed site located @ SAF Yacht Club, 43, Admiralty Road West, near the main entrance of Gills Fishing.

Business Proposal/Rental: Potential vendors are to submit their business trade/proposal, proposed rental, and duration of lease. The commencement date of the lease is from 1 April 24.

Type of Container available: 3 x 20ft containers and 1 x 10ft container are available for rent. Containers come with lighting, aircon, a door with lock/windows, and power points.

Proposed Rental: The proposed minimum monthly rental for a 1 x 20ft container (3 units available) is $1,500/month/container onwards. For a 10ft container (only 1 unit available), the minimum rental is $750/month onwards. Prices exclude GST.

Submission & Closing Date: All documents MUST be submitted by HAND to SAFYC, Front Desk Office (West Wing) by 9 February 2024 before 12pm.

All submissions MUST be submitted in a sealed envelope. Email/open envelope and late submission will be considered void.

Award of Contract: SAFYC reserved the rights to award the container space rental to the highest bidder and/or business proposal.
